Are you Jackie Jones, who ordered [SDG]Hooded zip tracksuit SET(Gray)?
As we wrote information in our detail page and left side of our main page, this product is Pre-order item which needs maximum 30 business days to manufacture it.
Not just this cloths, most of items are manufactured from our company, and manufactured small amount of stocks at once.
After we are out of stocks, we ask to our manufacture team to re-stock it.
Luckily, this cloth was ordered by other customers recently, and it's in final stage of manufacture its stocks.
Based on our expectation, your order will be shipped around October 15th.
After arrange shipment, we will let you know by e-mail you've wrote in customer's information.

Hi! I’m ayame1998064004. I placed an order with you all on 10/8. The order number is : 20181008-0000010. It’s been 3 days since I heard anything about my order. I wanted to know where my order is? Because I’ve paid using PayPal and the transaction already went through and the order status still states ‘pending’. How long does it take to ship an customer’s order after payment has been approved? Hope you all have a great day!
